The front desk ladies are wonderful from start to finish. They’re able to accommodate me and help me with my needs. I saw Dr. Rebecca today and she was lovely and thorough with my exam and explaining everything. Wonderful office!

I had a wonderful experience at this optometry office! The optometrist was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident that I was in good hands. The front desk staff were equally amazing—friendly, welcoming, organized, and helpful throughout the entire visit. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, everyone made me feel valued and well taken care of. Great service and a very good experience for my eye exam

I have worn glasses for over 20 years, contacts for close to 15 and have never had such a thorough eye exam like the one I experienced with Dr. Lee. She takes great care in explaining everything in a way I could understand, you can truly feel how passionate she is about her work. The staff at the front is always inviting and provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find this level of care these days.

It was an excellent experience at Newpark Optimetry, Costco. Dr Rebecca Sok and Sabrina were really patient with me and they helped with whole process of training with my contact lens. Must visit !!
